As a couple who loves coffee, our favorite ritual was hunting for new beans every month. We’d save trending roasts from social media, eagerly wait for them to arrive, and brew that first cup together. But more often than not, the reality didn't match the hype. Some beans were amazing; others, well… let’s just say even a 100g bag felt like way too much when the flavor profile didn't suit our taste.
After a few too many missed hits, it hit us: taste is entirely subjective.
